They use codes for the main gate and the front door of the villa. All the kitchen equipment you need and the washer/dryer made the stay absolutely wonderful. AC units in both bedrooms as well as one in the main area. Our kids LOVED the trampoline outside our villa (Villa #5 has a bigger trampoline than some other ones) and the gated compound...

"Our large family had a great stay at this property! The grounds were beautiful and the view of the volcano when it wasn't covered with clouds was beautiful. The kids had a great time at the rope swing which was only a 5 minute walk from our place! The concierge service was very helpful with planning activities and getting us places.
