"It’s very clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff is fun (Go Chiefs!). You can walk to a million bars, restaurants and shops. There’s an indoor-outdoor pool and a lobby bar. Price is great. I would definitely suggest staying here even if the property is a little older. It doesn’t feel outdated."

"The facility itself was amazing beautiful check-in was a breeze. We had a free welcome drink when we checked in along with a free drink at the bar on the seventh floor. The only complaint I have is we went for a full breakfast the morning before we left and the service was beyond bad. There was no one to sit us. I had to walk around to find somebody to be sat. I finally found a bartender back behind the bar that was bent over stocking and she said there should be a host which we never didn't see...

"The front desk staff were very helpful, the room was very nice. The only downside was the breakfast from the hotel restaurant was not very good. The coffee was undrinkable. I would eat offsite next time."

"This is a botique type hotel. It is very old and has some interesting quirks that make it fun. It was remolded in the past, maybe 10 or 15 years ago and has not been maintained well. I expect a better facility from Hilton, lots of marked up walls, chopped paint, tear on the couch in our room, etc. Lots of brass trim on the furniture in out room that is more green than gold, looked bad. "The staff at the Doubletree are always friendly and helpful. The property is beginning to show signs of age. The bathtub was clean but still looked dirty due to age. It was also quite cold in the hallway and room. It took a very long time to warm up the room. I think the windows are not very insulated. Closing the curtains fully did help. The ceiling had some water damage spots. Overall it was a nice stay but not the same Doubletree I remember staying in. "

"Convenient location and staffs are friendly and helpful, great city view from 30th floor. Room was clean but the facility is not new. Water pressure is not as high as I experienced in others, the sink was a little bit clogged first day and was fixed later."
