"We stayed there one night and had to leave early the next morning to catch our flight. It was convenient and close to terminal 3 which is where our American Airlines flight was. It was only around 6 pounds per person to use the hotel shuttle and the shuttle left every 30 minutes. The bed was very comfortable."

One such instance would be that the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Another thing was the fact we were not able to open the drawers as it seems it was stuck to something.
