"We only stayed one night for our daughter’s 8th birthday shopping trip, the staff decorated our room with ballooons and confetti and made a cake from towels! Absolutely incredible service. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay in Bristol. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed was the comfiest I have stayed in! All shampoo and conditioner and body was is supplied too. Staff are so friendly. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the food did look amazing! "

"The Night potter wasn't helpful. Didn't give proper directions to get to the room. We arrived by 8 pm but the room wasn't ready which was okay as the lady receptionist was nice. She advised us the night potter would make up our room. We arrived later and check in with him. He just gave us the keys, didn't tell us where the room was.
