"We were pleasantly surprised as wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Everything was as promised, room was large, clean, comfortable and warm. Little extras such as magnifying mirror, room spray and to go breakfast. Really would recommend and we would certainly stay again but for longer. Really lovely little gem! "

"Great secure location for dogs, Peaceful in the evenings. Took two Huskies who like to be the leaders of other dogs and they got on well with their dogs too. Ragland Castle is worth a visit. Chepstow castle was a bit disappointing, rude reception women and half of it was closed for repairs with no mention by the reception women."

"The Quay apartments are very good once inside. Well presented equipped, warm with a great TV, bed and shower. There's a couple of handy shops adjacent to the building which is very convenient. Initially finding the property and parking was tricky as no obvious signage. I initially parked my car in an adjacent street and used google maps to walk to the entrance (which is shared with another business). Once fond staff were very helpful and friendly. "Absolutely loved it here, so peaceful and quiet. Just we wanted but within easy reach of Abergavenny and Monmouth for provisions. We loved it so much we are going to book for next year! "
