"Ok in just we enjoyed the hotel and the guest services employee who attended us. However #1 restrooms on 2nd floor overflowing water on floor. #2 rude employee in restaurant and #3 no towels in pool area btw the pool water was very cloudy. But we enjoyed our stay because we made the best of the situations. "

"Amazing Stay at Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino! Our family spent three wonderful days at the Sheraton Convention Center, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, with stunning city views. The infinity pool was a perfect spot to relax, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. We loved dining at Metropol, enjoying authentic Puerto Rican flavors, and the casino added extra fun to our stay. The location was perfect, just minutes from Old San Juan...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

"We stayed here as a family of five with extended family making 10 of us. I’ll start with the good part: -views are amazing. Direct ocean view. -the pool is huge and great for families with kids! -the parking area is large, we fit three cars. -separate living quarters with two kitchens and living room. The not so good part: -it was hard to lock up the entire house. We had to ask the host to deliver keys to lock the upstairs. The gate opener was sensitive. Even the lightest touch would open...
