"A real apartment where you are the only one that has control of the whole roof at the building. Extremely spacious area. The BBQ is a plus amenity with a small grocery store across the street. "

"Very clean, easy access, bathroom is a little uncomfortable if you’re a big guy like me, but not impossible to manage. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The only bad thing is the a/c water extractor that makes noise when least you expected lol had to get used to that. Overall, the experience was great. Met the cleaning lady and she is just fabulous. Did not get her name though, but really nice person. Loved the place! "

"I rented this place to visit OSJ and the spot was perfect for us as we were only there to sleep and drink some Medalla on the balcony. It's an old building so it is what it is. It's hot in OSJ but the 3 climatization units helped keep the place cool enough to sleep well. There was no wi-fi at the time of our visit. Renting this apartment was easy and the owner was responsive. A toaster would have been great for breakfast. The pub is closed, so we we not bothered by noise at any time. Overall, I...

"I had an amazing time staying here in San Juan. Angel was a great host and provided a list of places to eat and things to do. The place was clean and comfortable. When I come back to San Juan I would definitely book Angel’s place again! "

"Apartment was clean and cozy, as listed. However, and I hate to count this as a criticism of the property, there are "coqui" frogs that live in the atrium of the apartment building and are extremely loud for most of the day and night. You can clearly hear them loudly chirping in the kitchen, living room and smaller bedroom through the closed door and very thick walls. Bring earplugs to help you sleep! "

"Will definitely do it again on our next trip to PR. Owner is very responsive. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent price. Very accessible to urban metro area. Properties around could be better maintained, however, do not judge the property by the neighnorhood looks. "
