"This condo was perfect! The view from the condo is amazing! You get a full view of the city, and it is in a perfect location right between Old San Juan and Condado. There is beach access close by and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. The condo itself is beautiful and has a great kitchen. The only thing that could have been improved it that there was no hot water in the shower. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!"

"What I didn’t like was everything from no hot water in the bathroom sink to the peeling paint on the furniture to the electronic lock on the door which only worked after 15 tries !!!! I could go on and on !!!!"

"The best thing about this stay is the host, Rebecca. She is super responsive and eager to make your stay special. The location is between Old San Juan and Condado…so both are easy to get to via Uber. The beach (El Escambron) was easy to get to and is walkable. The place was very clean and as described. Loved the patio out back with the lights. A great place to wind down with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day."

"This apartment was perfectly located for easy walking around Old San Juan. There's a grocery store just a block and a half away and endless opportunities to eat out nearby. The patio was a wonderful place to sit out and enjoy the morning / evening air. Highly recommend this place! We were there with our 2 kids (6 and 8 years old) and it was perfect."

"We were surprised that it was a 3rd story walk-up and I think that would be good to add to the description of this place. The only other negative was that the AC was only in the bedroom and the fan didn't work in the rest of the space. "My experience from the beginning to checkout was smooth. It was lovely meeting Adina, a very down to Earth considerate and responsive host! The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and surprisingly cozy! Although, in the midst of amazing night life just around the corner, the location was safe and quiet! I even felt safe enough to have early morning strolls and walk at night alone. The only draw back was not having the balcony in a central space....
