"We have stayed here many times. It is always clean, comfortable and access to the international terminal is excellent. Twice in our stays one of our family has left something valuable behind in the room but when enquiring (within 24 hours) on having it returned, we have been told nothing has been handed in so that is where the hotel process seems to stop. A bit more effort on this would be good."

"Park Royal is situated rather nicely between Darling Harbour and Chinatown. To add, about three blocks up Bathhurst is downtown Sydney. Location, location, location... My only real gripe is with the amenities, specifically laundry facilities. Do not be fooled by the advertising, Park Royal does not have laundry facilities. They have a service they use which is incredibly expensive. I spent more money on laundering my clothes than food. Sydney is an expensive city so I understand the prices....

"Have stayed a number of times when I come to Sydney. Hotel Urban offers very comfortable, clean rooms that offer everything you need for overnight or multiple day stays. The cafe is excellent providing a good range of options. The cafe staff are impressive."
