"I was greeted by one of lady fron FO team upon my arrival, I left my luggage as I have a meeting to attend. Shirley was assisting me with my check-in, it was quick and professional. The room is clean, spacious, the view are amazing, thanks to the housekeeping team and Nina(maid preparing my room). The breakfast team is very polite, the breakfast is fine to me. "The service was fantastic from the moment we came through the doors. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, I had serious bathroom envy. The decor in general was lovely. We managed to get seats in the beautiful bar, the cocktails are amazing. Comfortable beds, a shower I didn’t want to get out of (although a steady hand is needed to switch between the settings) and a good selection of refreshments in the room. This stay was for a birthday treat and we were not disappointed! "
