"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. "You get what you pay but very run down property and amenities were not up to scratch. Really noisy building so if you are wanting a good night sleep then good luck. "The staff had zero accountability. I arrived at 2 PM, but no one opened the door. I tried to find their contact details, but the phone number listed on their website was incorrect. I contacted Expedia, and even after more than three hours of trying, they couldn’t reach the hotel either. They completely ruined my day. I was in that city for a job interview, and because of this mess, I missed it. I was stuck outside for over nine hours before I finally had to book another hotel."
