"My husband and Inrecently had the pleasure of staying at Celtic Manor, and we can't say enough good things about our experience! The facilities were absolutely amazing, providing everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The golf facilities were great too! The courses were beautifully maintained, offering a fantastic challenge for players of all levels....

"The hotel is on a side street off a large shopping street, but toward the end of that strip of stores. A couple blocks away things become more lively. We were glad for the quiet. The room was absolutely lovely with a spa-like bathroom, comfortable furniture, plentiful linens, tea and coffee makers. The food down at the bar was pricey and a little inconsistent, but generally good to terrific. We never had anything bad there. My one comment would be about the charming old staircase up to the...

"It is a lovely hotel. A couple of gripes though. No-one on reception for check in or out. Very expensive drinks (£70 for 3 glasses of wine and a pint of beer!). Very lumpy pillows. And the worst - no milk only revolting vegan oat milk - why are they catering for the minority not the majority? Made the nice coffee from the coffee machine undrinkable and I really need my morning coffee."
