"We stay at this hotel regularly last night we were given an upgrade or so we thought…… Turns out we were put on the Adult only floor but locked out of the room where they supply complementary drinks. The rooms in the hotel are all the same only difference with this floor is it’s adult only so basically we didn’t get an upgrade. I’ve stayed in the Celtic manor and many sister hotels where any upgrades have also been an upgrade so a bit disappointing however the hotel is clean and the rooms are...

"Easy check in, pleasant staff, bathroom needs updating (room 121) but clean and does the job. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable, i barely got any sleep and woke up with my back causing issues and generally feeling terrible as headache and neck pain "

"Great Ibis right by the Services. Walk round to the Toby in 3 minutes, although no footpath. Room much bigger than othet Ibis I've stayed in. Staff friendly and got an extra pillow and coffee with no issues. Nice bar area with £1 card only pool table. Will stay again if in the area. "

"Pros - Very conveniently located for shopping and dining. The hotel was clean, staff very helpful and polite. Room comfortable, very comfortable bed, clean with view overlooking main road. Breakfast was outstanding. Cons - The area is a bit grotty as are the streets going into city centre. Pay to park £15 per night. Why am I paying to park in the grounds of the hotel I’m staying at. There is traffic noise, but we stayed on a Monday so it wasn’t too bad. Very lumpy pillows, "
