"The breakfast was well worth the extra money. The reception staff was very helpful. We chose not to have our room cleaned but asked for clean towels. They did not bring them until our third request. The electricity in our friends' room didn't work. It was not turned on until late in the day, after it had been requested early in the morning. Evidently it only took a flip of a switch in the control room. We wish we had not been awakened in the middle of the night by a fire alarm, reportedly caused by a faulty fuse in the alarm system."

"Pre-check-in for the first time received from a hotel was definitely a surprise saving time when we arrived there; free upgrade to a Studio Executive Apartment with a modern kitchenette fully equipped plus modern ensuite bathroom. By far, Quest North Sydney proved to be the best accomodation of our trip."

"The customer service was amazing. They helped me book some dinner reservations and also cancelled one for me. Specifically the ladies working here were very helpful. The beds were pretty comfortable and the bathroom was nice. "

"The property was very nice and appeared nicely renovated. There is a Westfield's next door and the train/buses just down the street. The hardest part was working out how to get into the carpark, however when we called as we were struggling, the staff were very helpful with guiding us in."
