The Vibe hotel was a lovely hotel, staff amazing, friendly and helpful. Being two guests in wheelchairs we found the hotel suitable for our needs, a few tweaks to the disabled room need doing, like a chain to pull in need of emergency. We missed the hotel not having a restaurant, but apart from all that, it was in a great position for us getting the metro daily to all the fabulous places to visit whilst on holiday. I personally would give this hotel 8 out of 10.

The customer service was amazing. They helped me book some dinner reservations and also cancelled one for me. Specifically the ladies working here were very helpful. The beds were pretty comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

We stay here quite regularly. It’s partly because the price is really competitive- but it’s mainly because the staff are always fantastic and the rooms excellent. Add to that the new Metro station (Victoria Cross) whisking you to Barangaroo or Martin Place in 10mins from immediately over the road ……what’s not to like!

We feel like regulars here as it’s our ‘go to’ hotel for a weekend in Sydney. And now the metro connects the hotel to Barangaroo or Martin place from Victoria station - right opposite the hotel - it’s even better

Spacious rooms. The street level is actually level 8 at the hotel but the view from our room on level “15” was still great. A short uber or drive from anywhere you want to go in Sydney.
