This is a great hotel, very close to RNS Hospital, St Leonards railway station, and eateries etc. Rooms are neat and tidy, a bit small but livable, with the option of a free continental breakfast in a small attachment near the main building.

Rooms were clean and cosy, it's a busy road, but not too loud inside. Cheap and cheerful, onsite parking is an issue but was not too difficult to find a spot over night round the corner.
