I was pleasantly surprised: even with late check-in and the front desk being closed, I received a detailed email with instructions on how to access my room. Super convenient! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The service exceeded my expectations for the price! The only downside was the location being a bit far from the city center, but overall, I was very satisfied. Great value for money! "

"Unique hotel experience—we would have loved to have stayed longer. Our room overlooked the sanctuary area of the zoo and we watched a koala, echidnas, wallabies and other wildlife from our room. The rate included a tour of the sanctuary, which was excellent, entry to the zoo, parking, and a lovely breakfast buffet in the stunning Ma Gel restaurant. Service was excellent, staff members were friendly and helpful, the zoo is wonderful and bed was comfortable. A beautifully appointed room and special experience."
