"First time in Kobe. Nice hotel in the harbor. I stayed in a corner suite on the 9th floor. Had a great view of the harbor. Was nice to sit out on the deck at night and have a drink. The second morning staying a cruise ship pulled up right beside the hotel. It was so quiet you wouldn't even know they were coming in. Sitting on the 9th floor.I was the same height at the top of the ship. Was fun sipping morning coffee in my robe watching them come into port Good location 10 minutes walk from Kobe...

"Property was on the lake and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky to have a clear day. My 3 kids and I stayed 2 nights and we had one beautiful clear morning. The place seems new and was stocked with everything you would need for simple meals. There was a washing machine and shower had shampoo, soap, etc. There are dining options close by and lots of sight seeing a short drive away. 7eleven close by to pick up snacks and few groceries if needed. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next.
