"Should have gym facilities & minerals water provided not everyone can drink diff countries tap water "

"Outstanding stay but location was an issue. Difficult to get a bite after 6 pm unless you brought food to microwave from the 7 Eleven. This journey was a 2 kilometre walk in the dark. The hotel offered free Ramen ( one flavour) after 9.30 pm. A shuttle would make this stay opulent. The view from our window says it. "

"Excellent hotel located on a quiet street. About 25min walk from train station. Fairly new hotel with nice staff. There is a large market about 15min walk. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Limited breakfast, either Japanese or Western sandwich. Dinner is also limited with beef don or ramen. Half the rooms will have great view of Mt Fuji. Free morning shuttle service to train station. Will stay there again in future."

"Simply amazing! We booked the Fuji View room and it didn't disappoint. Rooms are very comfortable and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet was also a good experience with such a wide choice."

"The buffet for breakfast and dinner were amazing and is set on the fourth floor with stunning views of Mt. Fuji on one side and the Fuji-Q amusement park on the other. Lots of food options, too. We had dinner there with friends our first night and were impressed that the steak, sushi, stew and other Japanese dishes were as good as any we had in Japan. Meanwhile, the pizza had the slightly charred but still soft crust we love. At breakfast, they had mini pancakes, made-to-order omelettes and plenty of traditional Japanese dishes. Our room was the most spacious we experienced in Japan (not like a room in the U.S. but big for Japan) and had a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The resort is literally at the foot of the mountain so it looms large outside the window. My wife and her sisters loved the on-site onsen, which is segregated by gender (full nudity only - no clothing allowed as per the Japanese custom). It was cool, too, that the hotel opens onto the entrance to the amusement park, which is linked with a couple cool France-themed gift shops and cafes. The coffee and pastries were just as good as we've had in Paris despite being at a somewhat kitschy theme park. The place is just fun and set in an area of amazing beauty - and even has a bus station on-site where you can schedule transportation with all your luggage to major spots in Tokyo and other cities with Shinkansen connections. Staff was wonderful. All positives."

"This property was amazing, the hotel and rooms were beautiful. The private in room onsen and view of Mt Fuji from our room was incredible. The staff was top notch, friendly, professional & very helpful, having most of the checkin process in the room was very nice. Amenities & food were excellent! Also the garden and grounds were beautiful and a true nature lovers paradise. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel."
