"The hotel complex is large and very nice. We stayed in the main tower. Our room was clean and quiet and had a wonderful view of the city. The hotel is right next to Shinigawa station and was easy to get around the city from. The complex had a lot of shops and restaurants and a 7/11 which was very useful. Would highly recommend!"

"Location is located next to the bar & late night entertainment. I had young teens and I did not feel comfortable letting them explore. We’d venture out early and there would be drunks sleeping on the street. But the hotel is well maintained and the staff helpful. The area would be great for anyone out to enjoy nightlife in Tokyo. "

"Location good. Bed is comfortable. Staff are nice esp Ngoc at the front desk was very helpful getting the concert ticket for my daughter by calling the local post office to deliver the concert tickets to the hotel in time. My daughter enjoyed the concert happily though it was pouring rain on that evening "

"Very large hotel about 6 minutes walk to the closest subway. The rooms are pretty small as is usually the case with Japanese hotels; maybe an upgrade would help. There wasn't much in the way of a wardrobe to unpack but luckily here there was space under the bed for suitcases which wasn't the case anywhere else we stayed. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. It's not very central to most of the tourist things but easy to jump on the metro from the nearest station and get around."
