"The breakfast was well worth the extra money. The reception staff was very helpful. We chose not to have our room cleaned but asked for clean towels. They did not bring them until our third request. The electricity in our friends' room didn't work. It was not turned on until late in the day, after it had been requested early in the morning. The Room Attendants left our door open/unlocked two days in a row, which was very concerning considering our belongings were inside while we were out & about!
