One at the beginning of our Italy trip and then a second time at the back end and both times the consistency with the level of service, the quality of the rooms and overall kindness of the staff was outstanding. Hands down an amazing hotel. We are a family of 4 with grown daughters. Rooms are spacious beds are super comfy and honestly so happy with everything. They Made our 25th wedding anniversary amazing.
