"It was 9:30PM when I reach the property and could not find it in the given address because there was no sign of it. At the end I was able to figured out the place. Meanwhile I called the property but no body answer. I ring the bell many times but no answer at all. So It was very late, me and my daughter were very tired and I had to reserve another hotel via Expedia and call a taxi to go there. So I want my money back. "

"This place was perfect for our vacation to Italy! Room was clean, comfortable and the bed was excellent. From day one our host made us feel welcome and explained everything very well.
