"The hotel is in a very good location a few minutes walk from the Termini railway and bus stations and conveniently located for most of the major sites of Rome, particularly Santa Maria Maggiore. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. The staff in the hotel were very smart, friendly and helpful; they used WhatsApp to communicate with us before and during our stay, and Stefano on reception made sure to ask us at the beginning and near the end of our stay if everything was satisfactory with the room. When we asked for an electric kettle, one was put into the room by the time we returned. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. I only have two minor niggles: the lift was slow, so we could wait a while on it; and the rooftop bar was festooned with lights, so at night it was very difficult to see out. These are very minor issues, and I would happily stay at Hotel Major again."

"Lovely welcoming inn located close to the main Roma train terminal. Lovely and clean. I was in the New Wing which is on floor 1 and the original wing is on floor 2. Small shower room with good shower. Snacks and drinks provided and pastry breakfas delivered to your door each morning. I would recommend this property and would go back again. I had one problem which was the staff descale the kettles each day so you will need to wash them out before use; I did mentio ln this on departure. Luggage storage provided on checkout if needed."
