Great location and great staff. The breakfast is simple but good and worth it. The rooms I stayed in had two showers, which I had never seen before, but useful as it pertains to getting ready and getting out in the morning. I'd definitely stay there again.

Overall the place is not bad to stay. The gentleman and front desk lady were nice ( didn’t get their name). Except toilet papers here is very limited. Sorry the place needs to work on this.

When booking somewhere to stay in Rome this place jumped out the most. I loved the corridor they have where you can sit and chill after a day of sight seeing. You don't feel like you're forced to sit in your room like most hotels. The service from reception to cleaners was amazing. They were more than happy to help when asking for places to visit. The hotel was situated to quite a few places that are big tourist hotspots so it was easier to walk to them than get a taxi or bus. When I go go back to Rome this will be the place I book again.

Our stay at the Trevi Palace Hotel was wonderful. From arrival to departure the staff was friendly, helpful and more. The hotel itself as well as the annex building are very nice, comfortable, quiet and clean. The neighbourhood is nice and calm, and the perfect place to wake up in the morning, grab a quick coffee and then head down to the hopping spots. Would stay here again anytime.
