Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff whom are very attentive. Decent basic breakfast. Good location, as it is 20 minutes walking distance from Trevi fountain and Spanish step. Many eateries around close by. On the downside, the room doesn’t have an iron, some plugs sockets weren’t working and Only one usb port in the room.

I loved its location, 15-20 from the Colosseo and the Fori Imperiali. Many lovely restaurants in this safe area. I also loved the free access to the spa, after walking around Rome it was a must! Rooms are fairly small and so is the charming breakfast area on the top floor. Personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Great location to get around Rome easily, by walking or public transit. Easy walk from Termini station. We loved being able to use the pool with the kids after being out all day. Helpful staff, used the laundry concierge service twice. There’s a great restaurant right next door that we went to often.

We absolutely loved staying at Hotel 77! The staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. The spa and rooftop jacuzzi were great. The hotel is only a 10 min walk from the main bus and train station, and is also a short walk from the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and other attractions. Thank you to all the staff and we hope to return in the future!

Not what I they put us in a different building felt dirty our AC barely worked it’s was over 95 in Rome and I could not sleep, the bathroom smelt like piss and our hair dryer did not work, they also did not have any irons in the room so make sure you don’t need any non wrinkled clothes if you stay here

Clean hotel and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Great price considering it was within walking distance Rome Termini Station, The Colosseum, and Trevi Fountain. Didn’t like the fact I had to wait until 6pm (when the bar opens) to have access to ice and the beds were awful. My only 2 gripes

The hotel did not explain that they have 3 buildings down a property that they use as part of the hotel, you don't have a lobby it just feels like is a property that you are renting on your own, doesn't feel like you are staying in a resort or hotel. Was weird to walk to the other property if you needed anything from the hotel.

We had a lovely stay! The room was perfect for us and our daughter—nice layout and a decent amount of space. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were extra long. The property was well maintained overall. Hotel location was also quite good! An easy walk to Termini makes it getting to and from the airport easily with the Leonardo Express. Most of the main attractions were either a 20min walk though in the heat, we decided to take the bus to most places and there were many bus lines just minutes away. The breakfast buffet was fair, we had fruit and pastries. The pool area is quite small and you have to reserve a time to avoid over crowding. We were out most of the day that we decided not to use the spa facilities though others did and sounded like they had a good time!! The rooftop bar is a nice plus for when you want to have a little downtime before bed. Overall I’d recommend this hotel to others for the comfort of the room and accessibility to transportation.
