"I love this property. Although I booked the IZen room and was placed in the iSpa, I didn’t complain because she let me check in early. My hand piece in the shower did not work; that’s probably the only con to my stay. Otherwise, very quiet and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. "

The staff are so friendly and helpful. My only criticism was that the walls are very thin, so you will hear your neighbours and people in the hallway. There were windows in the room but no safety and we had kids and the room was really high up so we couldn’t really open them. But it was a nice hotel. "
