"Property was on the lake and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky to have a clear day. My 3 kids and I stayed 2 nights and we had one beautiful clear morning. The place seems new and was stocked with everything you would need for simple meals. There was a washing machine and shower had shampoo, soap, etc. There are dining options close by and lots of sight seeing a short drive away. 7eleven close by to pick up snacks and few groceries if needed. "

"This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at 5-6 star hotels globally. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next. The food was incredible and the experience went hand in hand with the quality of offerings. We would definitely recommend to those looking to relax and treat yourself to some R&R. The only challenge was the location. But that’s not a fault of the hotel, just simply something to be mindful of in Kawaguchiko...
