They give you a summary paper upon arrival with keys detailing your stay. When we were charged- I told it was their mistake, yet still charged me. In light of this, they should have waived the charge. "

"Hotel is located near the bus stop which makes it easy to catch the bus from Shin-Fuji station if you arrive by Shinkansen. View of Mount Fuji from the hotel room was amazing! Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave...
