"New hotel. Good size rooms with all the basic amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrush, razor, etc.) No shower cap though. Hotel is connected to a theater and a shopping complex with Daiso and lots of places to eat. Subway entrance is right in front of hotel with lots of underground shopping. Airport limo bus stop is across the hotel. "

"I loved the bathhouse the most. It was the highlight of my stay. I only wish the lounge didn’t close when the spa closed as I enjoyed that space. I couldn’t find the gym but no big deal cause I wasn’t really going to use it. The room was way too hot and we were always trying to figure out a way to keep it cool as possible but it always felt too warm. It made for restless nights. The bathroom smelled bad but that’s due to the construction of the building and not much can be done about it....

"Concierge really helped me out when I forgot to book an advanced seat for the highway bus. They took care of everything swiftly and promptly! This hotel was right outside of Nakajima park which was a great walk especially in the middle of winter."

"Air-conditioning system not very good as it is a central system and old system thus if the hotel choose to have a temperature fixed for heating the individual guest is not able to adjust to their liking. So at such I found it very stuffy. However they are kind enough to offer me a larger room to enable my comfort."

"The smoking room where only 2 people can smoke at a time is way too small for a whole hotel as a lot of tourists still smoke."
