"Really convenient (on the main shopping street). Room is a little small compared to western hotels but I'm told this is pretty standard in metro Japan. Laundry became a little bit of an issue as there was only 3 laundry machines and you had to be lucky to find one available. "

"Pros: Spacious and clean room. Beautiful night view. Cons: Uncomfortably cold in the bathroom, toilet and bedrooms. Lights fixtures are too light and we kept hitting our heads. Portable heaters were not turned on before we arrived and even when we turned on the portable heaters for 3 days, the whole apartment is still cold overall especially in -3 degrees Celsius. "Concierge really helped me out when I forgot to book an advanced seat for the highway bus. They took care of everything swiftly and promptly! This hotel was right outside of Nakajima park which was a great walk especially in the middle of winter."

Loved Sapporo❤️🗻

"My friend and I really enjoyed The Sapporo Prince. It was a great hotel very close to everything within a 2-5 minute walk. The room was spotless and had a great view of the city. Everyone was helpful and friendly in the hotel, plus there was a free shuttle to Sapporo Station which we took advantage of two times during our stay. Another perk was the delicious buffet. It had both Japanese & western dishes. My favorite was the local Sapporo soup curry. Excellent stay overall and would return again in the future! "

Nestled in the tranquil side of Sapporo, it's a haven for peace-seekers. Should you crave a livelier scene, a mere 10-minute stroll leads you to the vibrant hub where Donki thrives. On-site, a delightful restaurant serves up tasty treats on the ground floor, adding to the hotel's charm. For any last-minute needs, a convenient store sits just across the street. Inside, the rooms boast all the essentials, at a price that's hard to beat. Eager to explore further, I'm eyeing the other KOKO on the bustling side for my next stay, confident in the excellent service they promise."

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city. "

"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of parking space would make it more usable. In the kitchen, a toaster would be a nice and inexpensive addition. Lastly, a bracket for the bathtub water spray would be welcome, to enable the tub to be used as a shower if desired. "
