"Nice hotel with good size rooms and friendly staff. The hotel has underground car park, but unfortunately it was full. The surrounding area had evidence of car break-ins (broken glass), so we did not feel confident to leave the car outside overnight. The Q car park 10 min walk from the hotel is over £30 for the overnight stay. We also experienced some noise overnight, with people shouting and knocking on doors in the middle of the night. "

Bar area was good, food and drink affordable. The only let down really was the chap on reception when we arrived was totally minimal and seemed like he couldn't be bothered. "Stayed with wife & daughter, room spacious with 2 comfortable double beds & decent size bathroom. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment, bar area was comfy with a terrace if you want to sit outside. Breakfast was lovely, lots on offer. Parking was easy, right next to the hotel. Discovered a bar/restaurant right on the quays below hotel which was lovely too"

"The hotel was fine, room was newly renovated and had some freebies like crisps. Over all it was a good stay, restaurant had good selection, bed was a bit on the hard side but comfortable enough. THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT THE HOTEL IS LOCATED JUST INSIDE THE BOUNDARY OF THE CLEAN AIR ZONE !!!! so if your car is old you’ll have to pay the £28 for the privilege to drive 20yards into the zone and park at the hotel. Just be aware there is no other way to get to the hotel except entering the zone for...
