"Accommodation was clean, comfortable, within close walking distance to a few eateries and shops, and near Peak District favorites such as Chatsworth House and Bakewell. The children especially enjoyed the playground just across from the back garden. Our only disappointment was that the listing said there was a hot tub, but that must have been an error. All in all a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage over Christmas week. The property was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed—compact but with everything you could possibly need. "We hadn’t appreciated what a gorgeous location this property was in. The view from the front of the cottage over the reservoir is gorgeous, and a first floor reading nook is so cosy and gives the feeling of being by the sea side! The property is really tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home from home. The check in process was really smooth and easy to understand. The weather during our visit was terrible but we would love to come back again with better weather to take advantage of all...

"Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked.
