However, it doesn’t provide any guidance for visiting Mount Fuji, so we had to navigate on our own using the Hakone Travel Pass. "It is a 5-star hotel with 5-star service :). If you miss the scheduled (only a few times during the day) pickup at the train station, just go to the cable car station and call the hotel. They will send a van to pick you up in less than 10 min. For travellers who use data only SIM plan, make sure you have app (we use Skype to make the call) that can make international phone call."

"We picked this hotel primarily for its very central location and only about two blocks from the train station. It was an excellent pick. New, clean, and good design. We walked to everything once we arrived. Would stay here again if visiting Kamakura."

"Unbelievable night here. Views of lake Ashi and Mount Fuji the best you can get. Even from our personal onsen or balcony footpath. The kids loved watching a movie on the big projector while the parents enjoyed the view. Fridge full of free gifts of food, wine and beer plus soft drinks also. Nice touch. We absolutely loved it here. Caught the bus from odawara station which took about 55mins and the bus stop is just outside the accommodation (Hakone Shiso Mae). On way back 2 bus stops either side...
