"普段2階はあまり使わないのか雨の翌日だったからか少しカビ臭かった。窓開けたらすぐ無くなりました。設備も広い風呂場も料理も言う事ないけど引き出しに入ってた部屋着を出したらホコリだらけだったのが残念。フロントに持って行ったけど帰り際にそこの一言が欲しかったなーと思った。我が家はご飯大好きでしかも大食いなのでコースだけでは足りず、パンをおかわりしまくってたらシェフよりオイナリサンをプレゼントしていただき助かりました。部屋から花火も見れて海の音、風、香りを感じられる素晴らしいホテルでした。また行きたいです。"

"We loved this place. An older property but very traditional interior with a wonderful bathing area. The views are just incredible. You can wake up with an amazing sunrise over the ocean with the best vantage point in town. But the best part of this place is the host. From when we arrived the upbeat, positive energy of the host was amazing; she didn’t miss a beat and was incredibly helpful even though we didn’t speak each others language. Would stay here again anytime. "

"My family and I stayed here two nights just before Christmas. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The owner offers a shuttle bus during the morning hours to Gora Station, which is very helpful for getting to Hakone ropeway. Local restaurants were a bit unaccessible as it was off-season but this inn has its own great little restaurant kitchen. We had two dinners here and tried almost everything on the menu. "Amazing hotel with excellent food, drinks and views. Had a room with the hot tub on the terrace and I was using this a lot during my two day stay. One word of caution if you come by train and with luggage: the slopes are very steep so I suggest to use a taxi which will set you back around 1250 JPY."

"Unbelievable night here. Views of lake Ashi and Mount Fuji the best you can get. Even from our personal onsen or balcony footpath. The kids loved watching a movie on the big projector while the parents enjoyed the view. Fridge full of free gifts of food, wine and beer plus soft drinks also. Nice touch. We absolutely loved it here. Caught the bus from odawara station which took about 55mins and the bus stop is just outside the accommodation (Hakone Shiso Mae). On way back 2 bus stops either side...

"What an amazing hotel. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The bathtub on the balcony is actual hot spring water. The place is immaculate. The gym is also very nice. And also, it's easy walking to Giza where all the food is. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully even more nights."

"Hi Hilton Odawara team, Thank you for your warm hospitality and perfect service. My family and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Above all, the beautiful view from my room was magnificent. We will never forget such incredible scenery. I will visit the hotel next time. Thank you! 하코네 지역의 호텔과 비교하면 힐튼 오다와라의 접근성은 다소 불편합니다. 하지만 호텔 방에 들어서는 순간 이곳에 오길 잘 했다는 생각이 드실겁니다. 일본의 여러 온천호텔에 가보았지만 이곳이 제가 갔던 호텔 중 베스트 3 안에 듭니다. 가족여행으로 갔는데 부모님이 감동하셨습니다. 식사의 경우, 저희는 조식과 석식을 모두 호텔에서 먹었습니다. 뷔페 음식의 종류가 많지는 않지만 모두 맛있고 호텔 부대시설이 매우 좋습니다. 차량 렌트해서 가실 분들에게 강추합니다! "Thank you so much to the incredible staff at Couscous Glamping for your exceptional hospitality! This was our first glamping experience, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place than Couscous Glamping in Japan. The entire team made our stay truly memorable. Not only are the staff friendly and helpful, but they are also genuinely kind, passionate, and welcoming. The campsite was stunning, and our tent was spacious and beautifully set up. Although we had to walk about 25 minutes to reach the location, one of the staff members, Fujita Takeshi, kindly offered us a ride back with our luggage. This gesture wasn’t part of their regular service, but it showed just how thoughtful and generous he is. The amenities were top-notch, including restrooms, multiple showers, slippers, towels, and even toothpaste—all provided for our convenience. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you again to the Couscous Glamping team for such an unforgettable experience, and a special thanks to Fujita Takeshi for going above and beyond!"

"Perfect place to relax and just breathe in the fresh air. Amazing views of the harbor greets you every morning. Very friendly gentleman running the property. As non Japanese speakers, we definitely felt the hospitality and he was able to give us recommendations and directions. The water pressure here is INSANE and perfect after a day of just hanging out in the neighborhood. A good bit of fresh seafood restaurants around but check google for operating hours. This was our base for exploring Fuji and it was perfect. "

GREAT EVERYTHING!!!

"We stayed here with elderly parents. It’s very close from the station and easy to find. The man (sorry I didn’t get his name) at check-in was extremely thorough in explaining everything and friendly yet professional. We had a private bath in our room, but mainly visited the main baths. I didn’t realize they had this “Radon onsen” which had many health benefits. The dinner was HUGE and amazing. The breakfast was just was good. The service was great, too. The coffee in the lobby was also great. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay :)"
