"The hotel was in a great position for the town and car parking was a bonus. The room was large and well appointed. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely and much appreciated touch. Breakfast was excellent and all of the members of staff were very friendly and helpful. A great stay and can definitely recommend. "

"Excellent service, great location and very smart bar/restaurant area. Room was quiet but lights difficult to turn on (dodgy switches) and ac/heating didn't work despite prompt attention from the staff. Overall, great short stay, just need to take care which room!"

"The Bell is a great place to stay in Tewkesbury, directly across from the Abbey. A good size car park, free for residents. Our room was in the main building and was comfortable but slightly dated. Noise from the next door rooms was also noticeable. The staff were excellent, explaining at check in all the options for dining especially as they were very busy with Christmas parties. "

"Room quality is very good, with renovated rooms to a high standard. General atmosphere of the hotel is very good and convenient for shops. Parking is tight, but manageable, although there are limited spaces. Altogether a great experience. Radio playing as you enter room is a nice touch. "

The staff are fantastic, professional and friendly.The food ( we ate in the bar) is simple and lovley - breakfast amazing (dont like the new servers /counters tho so impractical) then the spa area - this is why we come back, jacuzzi and sauna brilliant as ever - pool a bit cold this week - please turn it up 😀"
