"Met some friends in Cheltenham, decided for an improv stay over as it was going to be a late one. Booked online and 10 minutes got the key for the room. This has been the 4th tim in 12 mo ths we have stsyed at this hotel and it is our go to. Super friendly staff, easy parking, ce trally located and the hotel has an amazing bar! The rooms are always well maintained and nicely decorated."

"We called ahead to ask if we could check in early so we could change to go to a wedding. They weren’t able to get the room ready but did let us in before it had been cleaned so that we could change. The family room had 2 bedrooms and suited our needs really well, and would suit most families. The room decor was a little tired but clean and all in good working order. "Situated in a lovely Town centre, quirky black and white pub with typical unique low roofs, undulating floor and very old sections. The breakfast was great, the bedroom was cosy & warm with a comfortable bed. Reasonable price compared to others around. No parking on site but secure car park nearby with relatively cheap cost for overnight parking using a parking App. Ideal commute distance for Cheltenham and surrounding area. Would recommend"

"It is a bit of a mixed bag review - the staff and catering were good but the accommodation is not as shown on the web site - the room was small and the bathroom smaller yet. a cupboard in reality. the carpet leading to the bedrooms needed a good clean or replacement which made the whole place look scruffy and dated yet the bar and restaurant quite cosy."

"lovely stay in a self catering apartment, well equipped with every thing you require. A well stocked shop 2 doors away. room was very quiet even though it was above the pub. i would stay here again. host were very polite and got us checked in quickly. "

"The communication with the manager was excellent. You are able to park in a secure car park using a code. The room is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was excellent, especially for the racecourse, and near excellent restaurants and the town centre. A*"
