"You have to apply for membership to take one of the free Waters at the room. Elsewise he would have been charged $3 per bottle of water. There's also no microwaves in the rooms. No breakfast in dining hall, considering it's a Hilton resort ..... Valet or selfl parking was priced at $30 per night or day"

"We loved the resort overall but there could be better signage to and from the self-parking because it was very easy to get lost. We also stayed during New Years Eve and there was a very loud DJ in the lobby until 12:30am. We understood why they would want to give this experience to guests but we had an early flight the next morning and we were unaware of the DJ until it started that night, so we didn't get any sleep because of the bass. It would've been nice to have a warning in other words...

"Flight was very late. Shuttle picked us up in 5 minutes at 2:00 in the morning. Driver and desk clerk were happy and upbeat. Offered us waters and we were in our room in minutes. 5 Star service. Highly recommend. "

"It was a phenomenal stay, though I wish the fees did not include tips to allow the customer to make that decision. The dining options were great. However, the prices were steep, and we chose to dine outside the resort. It would be great to give the option to include breakfasts at a reasonable fee. Regardless, the pools, the views, the area, and the overall experience were wonderful. Thank you. "
