"This hotel has a wonderful location, just past Jose Ignacio. Unfortunately it is now rundown and unkempt. The grounds, which were lovely when the hotel first opened, are now a disaster. Doubt they have seen a gardener all summer. There were big black ants traveling up the walls outside our room. Huge dead water bugs lay on the floor of the restaurant bathroom. Quite unappealing, to say the least. This hotel could be fantastic, but needs a lot of TLC, and it is not receiving it. "

Everything within the property is beautiful, high-quality, cozy, pleasant, and perfect. The staff, for the most part, is very friendly and eager to ensure the experience is as enjoyable as possible. "Everything is absolutely amazing with the Be House hotel. The main choice of ours when visiting Punta. Stayed many times and keep coming. There is only one thing I wanted to point out to the hotel staff. I usually tend not to write such things in the reviews, and I won’t take a star away, but I really urge the staff to look unto the following. Twice already we encountered older lady who comes to visit the spa area. I am not sure if she is a tenant or somehow related to the property itself. But...

"No funcionaba el spa, ni la piscina cerrada, ni saunas. La piscina abierta estaba sin agua. El apartamento todo muy bien, muy comodo todo! El unico inconveniente era que la cortina del dormitorio no bajaba completamente y el sol salia de eso lado, a las 7 am ya tenia sol en la habitacion y no se podia evitar."

"Terrible Hotel - do not stay there!! We had 5 days there just before Christmas. It says it is a 4.5 star hotel but there was no restaurant, no bar, no pool bar and breakfast was terrible and the same every day with no choice and nothing hot (unless you count warmish toast). The staff did not care, all they want is to make money and when we spoke to locals on the beach or in the town who knew the hotel they said that they have a terrible reputation locally. The safe in the room did not...
