Sometimes, a great experience can be disrupted by someone that’s not happy making the job, like in this case one of the person of the front desk. That person wasn’t helpful and neither smiling. "The bathroom needs updating, its old and often runs out of hot water! The bedrooms are very basic, no wardrobe or locker. Also, be aware that the hostel is NOT in punta del este, its in la barra. "
