Pics are deceiving online. Nice lobby and that’s it. Mold on ceiling and walls. Need full room and bathroom renovation. Rooms are very small. No ventilation. Left a day early as it was very uncomfortable.

Limpeza deixou muito a desejar, chão sujo, móveis sujos, toalhas amareladas, aspecto geral ruim. Acústica do local também muito ruim, dava para ouvir o que falavam nos outros quartos. No primeiro dia, muito cheiro de cigarro, mas depois conversamos com a recepção e orientaram o vizinho que era proibido fumar no quarto. Fator positivo a localização.

É UM AMBIENTE FAMILIAR .
Posso dizer que nunca tive um tratamento igual em outro hotel. A dona do hotel é uma pessoa muito simpatica e prestativa. Quando falei que tinha um cachorro ,ela perguntou porque não levei ele , pois tinha um espaço que ele ficaria bem confortavel com os dela. Espero voltar em breve e com certeza ficarei lá e poderei levar meu pet junto.

Cuando llegamos nos dieron las llaves de otra habitación que estaba ocupada, por lo que entramos a la habitación de otra persona con sus cosas y todo. Hicimos el reclamo y nos dieron nuestra habitación que no estaba muy limpia, las almohadas olían mal, el baño con pelos y estaba en condiciones deterioradas. El desayuno es un caos, las mesas sucias no hay donde sentarse a comer y como no recogen los platos de las mesas no hay disponibilidad de vajilla para servirse el desayuno. Nosotros tuvimos que salir a desayunar fuera porque no habían ni platos ni tazas para poder comer, ni ninguna mesa limpia. Pagamos 140 USD cada noche, la verdad una vergüenza el servicio que ofrecen para el costo de la habitación. Lo único que paga ese costo de habitación es la ubicación del hotel, pues realmente esta muy muy bien ubicado.
