My husband I just left Enjoy after being there a week. We had a wonderful time. Great pool and restaurants there. Would definitely stay there again… but would come when it is still in season so more places and amentities would be open.

I stayed in this hotel years ago. You can see the lack of maintenance everywhere. The pool area was awful. The pool is lacking hundreds of mosaics. There was only one person making omelettes with a line of 8-10 people every breakfast. The lobby is old and needs renovation. Punta del Este is a beautiful city with plenty of places to stay. Chose a different one. Forget ENJOY

Let's see, the hotel has enormous potential, it is located in an excellent place. I love the hotel, but the problem is that it is more abandoned every year. They should work more on the presentation of the room and its bathrooms. The outdoor pool keeps losing tiles Let's see if they change anything in 2025

Viajamos em 2 casais, quando chegamos no nosso quarto havia 2 camas de solteiro. Os outros casais receberam camas king. Quando pedimos para trocar. Fomos informados que não poderíamos escolher as camas. Após muito desgaste e um stress desnecessário nas nossas férias, nos mudaram para um quarto com a cama de casal. Outro ponto é que os funcionários são muito grossos e mal educados. Percebemos isto nas pessoas que servem no casino, no café da manhã e na recepção quando tivemos o problema do quarto. Fora estes pontos, o hotel é confortável, piscina boa, comida boa na piscina e boa localização.
