I stayed in this hotel years ago. You can see the lack of maintenance everywhere. The pool area was awful. The pool is lacking hundreds of mosaics. There was only one person making omelettes with a line of 8-10 people every breakfast. The lobby is old and needs renovation. Punta del Este is a beautiful city with plenty of places to stay. Chose a different one. Forget ENJOY

THEY MUST RENEW IT
Let's see, the hotel has enormous potential, it is located in an excellent place. I love the hotel, but the problem is that it is more abandoned every year. They should work more on the presentation of the room and its bathrooms. The outdoor pool keeps losing tiles Let's see if they change anything in 2025

Weirdest breakfast buffet. All you can eat BUT everything behind windows and 1 person serving. No covid restrictions, nobody wearing masks even the person serving the buffet. Great view Room was ok not modern My duvet was dirty Overall ok

Hotel excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso. A piscina coberta e aquecida faz toda diferença nos dias de muito frio ou chuva. Minha críticas: 1 - a cama de casal é pequena. Apesar dela ser muito confortável, o tamanho é pequeno para um casal. 2 - a banheira não tem box. Apesar de ter aquela cortina, ainda molha muito o banheiro. Isso me incomoda demais. Mas em Punta....eu só fico lá. Localização perfeita!

Quarto bom sem luxo.
Hotel muito bem localizado, no entanto nos decepcionamos com o quarto, chegamos tinha muito cheiro de cigarro, mesmo tendo pedido um quarto para não fumante, a vista parcial do mar enquanto esperávamos uma vista melhor por ser quarto club. Banheiro muito bom, ótimo box e chuveiro e cama ok sem nada de luxo. Lençóis e travesseiros simples, falta conforto. Mesmo o hotel não estando cheio, e sendo membro Gold não foi possível fazer upgrade de quarto.
