"Very good mid-market little hotel. The surroundings are stunning. Staff was wonderful, breakfast delicious. However, I stayed one night in a timy ground floor suite, I asked for a switch and I was moved to a second floor suite, which was more spacious and comfy, but with two windows facing a brick wall. Im sorry, but you cant sell suites in Punta del Este facing a brick wall."

"Very poorly maintained hotel. General smell of mildew. Cleanliness in public areas was awful. No attention to detail such as refinishing the bathroom wall where a plumbing connection had been changed. I had a completely broken closet door in my room and a constantly leaking hair conditioner dispenser in the shower, creating a slimy puddle. The water for the Jacuzzi was a little more than warm but not hot. Breakfast isn't served until 9:00 and the in-room coffee is instant. Would not reccomend."

Yamila in the morning breakfast and her staff assisted and day to make sure we start the day with a smile. Walking distance to the beach which you receive a card to trade for an umbrella and chairs to enjoy your day. Amazing stay! "
