"Very close to the Disney monorail as it was right beside of Disney's properties. The staff were amazing from arrival and knew flawless English. Our room was ready early, so we were able to have our bags delivered straight there from the airport motorcoach. The bar was excellent with food and drinks in line with USA pricing. The Lawson was an amazing option for late night snacking when returning from the parks. The room itself was large with a great view of the parks and fireworks. We also stayed a night at the Disneyland Hotel and wish we had saved the extra money and stayed here for the night. Amazing property with amazing facilities, staff, food, and cleanliness. Will be returning here even when not visiting the parks."

"The room services housekeeping makes the beds every day, refreshes new towels, empty the garbage and replenishes 2 new fresh bottled water complimentary on the house every time we came back to the hotel room after out sightseeing in Tokyo.
