"The property is immense and very beautiful, however it does seem that a bit more care could be given to some aspects of the property. The carpets in particular had a few stains & spills on them across the hallways & in the rooms. The staff are attentive and very helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options. The location is exquisite, right on the picturesque West Lake. The property would fit in perfectly into a Wes Anderson film. "

"A very nice hotel, newer with comfortable rooms. It has a nice pool that you do not need to pay extra for and the breakfast dining arra is very pleasant. "I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. "For the family traveling with kids, I love the options of having washer, dryer and kitchen in the apartment. And I also like the gym to continue my routine work out while on vacation. This residence apartments are located in EAC (Europe American Center) which is easily for taxi driver to find. We rarely used public transportation in Hangzhou because taxi is really cheap. And for a family of 4 it is much more convenient to book online vehicle services or just get Taxi. Staffs are very friendly....

"It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"
