"Great stay, no complaints"

"We stayed here our first 2 nights and returned our last night while in Reykjavik, Iceland. The rooms are a great size. Beds are comfortable. The location is amazing. The restaurant Brass which is attached has great food. Staff were very friendly. We were able to check in early. Definitely recommend. Parking garage is just down the street if you can’t find parking on the street. "

The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and well-maintained — a real comfort after long days of sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the city centre, making it easy to explore key attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh options each morning, and everything was well-prepared and replenished regularly. The staff were also courteous and helpful throughout my stay. "The newly updated side of the Center's Plaza site is beautiful, clean, and in a great area for access to multiple destinations in Reykjavik. The staff is wonderful and helpful, and in the lobby is an opportunity to socialize in a clean, open environment. There is street noise at night which can't be heard with the windows closed, coming from a few local night clubs. Overall, a really great experience, and very clean. "

"We had a very good experience overall at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was incredible! The staff were great—helpful & friendly. The bedroom & bathroom were small/compact in comparison to our experiences when traveling in other countries. Our only complaint was when we grabbed a “clean” hand towel, someone’s false eyelashes were attached! The front desk remedied this & provided a total set of new towels & wash clothes. But how this had slipped past the housekeeping staff was disconcerting. "
