"Lovely room, nice decor and furniture and a decent size. Wifi was very good. Kettle in the room but there was a sign saying no cooking so I presume that means you can't use the kettle for making noodles. There is a grocery shop just behind the hotel which was very convenient. In front of the hotel is the seafront which was very nice."

"We needed a place to stay last minute and were able to get a room that satisfied our needs for a very good price. Our room had a window facing the front of Hallgrimskirkja church so the location was about as good as you can get in Reykjavik. It was close to many excellent restaurants and downtown shops. The bathroom was very small (about 18 square feet, 1.7 square meters) but it did the job. Breakfast was included with the room and was quite good. I had local Skyr each morning."

"This was a very nice hotel, we stayed here for our first night in Iceland. The reception was very helpful and nice, making check in easy. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only issue we had was the shower water temperature being wayyy too hot as the gauge seemed broken beforehand. We waited to see if the water would cool down after some time and it did not. "Very clean and spacious room, even though I booked a single room. Bathroom was lovely, lovely shower, and local Icelandic shower gel which smells incredible! Great coffee/tea machine that you can help yourself to 24/7, great for those times when you need to be awake at 2am for an Aurora run. Lovely views of Laugarvatn lake and beautiful mountains on the other side. Great location in the golden circle close to Friðheimar tomato farm, Þingvellir national park, Geysir and Brúarfoss to name a few....

This beautiful waterfall is a hard climb but so worth the beauty at the top. Biggest tip i can advise is always bring some water and snacks because the elevation is high and the lack of civilization makes it difficult to get more water. #LifeAtExpediagroup
