"Fantastic hotel, ideal location right on Lime St Station and in the heart of the city. Pleasant welcome and staff. Room was lovely with a great view of St Georges Hall and the Liverpool Xmas Market. Loved the coffee machine in the room, great shower too. Restaurant and bar very nice Will definitely stay again"

"Good stay to visit Liverpool and the Xmas Markets. Easy nearby parking which is discounted, the multi story John Lewis car park is basically across the road. There was a que at check in, but they have self-service machined which we used, was easy and quick but does take the personal touch away. Room was a good size, clean and modern. Had what we needed with a complimentary water, tea/coffee. Good location for the city centre and docks area, did the job. "
