"We booked a one-night stay at Norton Grange Hotel while attending a friend’s birthday party nearby and opted for a privilege room at a very reasonable rate. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our stay included access to the leisure facilities and spa, which was a wonderful bonus. The room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed – a fully stocked fridge with soft drinks, a Nespresso machine, and even toiletries like toothbrushes and shavers, in case we had forgotten anything. Breakfast was perfect, with a buffet offering a wide variety of options. We requested poached eggs, which the staff happily prepared fresh for us. The checkout time of 12 PM gave us a little extra time to enjoy the spa before leaving – the perfect way to end our stay. I only wish we had more time to make the most of it, but unfortunately, we had to rush back for my son’s football match. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend Norton Grange Hotel for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! "

"We were at the Last Drop for a wedding and didn't experience too much of the hotel but the bedroom was clean, breakfast was plentiful and my wife enjoyed half an hour in the hot tub. "

Reception not manned 24h so you have to call the receptionist on a mobile number and this wasn't very late at night TBF and he did arrive quite quickly and also became the baramnwhic was handy. The room was very quiet, well equipped it's just the noisy maids and their loud Wigan accents and laughter you have to put up with but not too bad if your NOT wanting a lie in. Over all , great value for money and a very nice hotel in a lovely setting."
