"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights & we have been told there is no room service or cleaning available during our stay because of Christmas hiw pathetic...! No tiolet rolls no toilet clening brush no washed towels for 3 nights...😡"

"We were greeted by lovely friendly staff on arrival. The room was well equipped and very spacious. The king-size bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was a simple yet very tasty buffet style of cold and traditional cooked items. Again, the friendly staff were on hand offering toast and drink refills. All in all a lovely stay and we will definitely book again.."

"It was good overall for the stopover. beds were comfortable but the soft bed was small for two children. We struggled to bring the room temperature down as it was hot for us. We booked two rooms as we are a family of 7. When booking, we left a message asking for the rooms to be connected or at least on the same floor, but the hotel did not pass on the information. Maybe the Hotel can look to automatically book the rooms on the same floor when families are booking if it is possible without the...
